‘COVID19 Back to Work’ training course by the Infection Prevention and Control specialists at Cleanpass.

This course is designed to help people return to their workplace safely and effectively during the COVID-19 pandemic. The course underpins any sector-specific vocational training that is needed for your staff, and it can be booked by individual Employees, Employers for their workers, or Self Employed individuals.

Based on the Government’s extensive ‘Return to Work’ Protocol guidelines and medical-grade hygiene standards, our training programme is easy to understand and access. The three-hour online course consists of bite-sized videos and clear written guidelines in plain, jargon-free English, with interactive tools for better engagement. Learners can progress at their own pace, or repeat specific modules on demand. We provide feedback through quizzes as the course proceeds, and our forum and discussion board enables the learner to access real-time help or assistance which is delivered online via chat.

Do you qualify?

You have been following the advice of the National Public Health Emergency Response Team (NPHET) and have stayed at home to protect yourself and others. The next step is to follow the Return to Work Safely Protocol. Work is a key part of life and you wish to return to your job as soon as possible, but wish to do so safely.

CLEANPASS is currently the only organisation in Ireland that provides training in environmental and equipment cleaning encompassing technique and sequence of cleaning. Our programmes have been developed in line with National best practice and evidence based hygiene standards, including the Health Information and Quality Authority’s (HIQA) 2017 – National Standards for the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections in acute healthcare services.

Assessment

The learner’s progress is tracked and recorded, and certification upon successful completion of the course will be provided to the learner. If the learner is part of a workplace learning programme, certification can also be provided to the employer and stored with the company’s employee and Health and Safety records. Trainer support is provided on a ticketing system through - support@cleanpass.ie.

Qualification

This course is designed to be taught online. We use a mix of tools for better engagement. We provide feedback through quizzes. There is an open forum and discussion board, where you can post your request for help or assistance. Being a learning community is so important in this pandemic. Our goal is to spread the word and not the infection! The course is designed to underpin best practice communications in terms of preparedness and response.
